Meeting with economic journalists and media professionals from Shanghai at the Israel Export Institute in Tel‑Aviv brought back vivid memories of the two years we spent in China, researching how digital organoleptic systems can serve as the “mind” behind robotic kitchen personalization.
Standing there, listening to perspectives from Shanghai, I felt the same energy that drove our work: the belief that taste, culture, and sensory experience can be translated into data - and that intelligent food robotics can adapt to people with the same nuance a chef brings to a dish.
